filming.
Tagline: Where an ounce of blood is worth more than a pound of friendship...
Tommy, the sole member of his family who is not involved in crime, returns
home after serving as a Marine in Operation Desert Storm. Tommy had entered
the war with enthusiasm but became disillusioned when the conflict ended
with Saddam Hussein still in power. Disenchanted with military service,
Tommy stole a Jeep, punched an officer and served time in the brig.
In Philadelphia, he rooms with his aunt Tina and exerts a good influence on
Vincent, his slow younger brother.
A FBI agent (played by Dennehy) blackmails Tommy into infiltrating the
family business. Tommy is threatened with prison unless he wears a wire to
record negotiations between his cousin Joey and a Mafia drug lord who is
muscling in on the family's turf.
