Sitting upright on a chair place your palms against the forehead. Apply slight pressure and bend your neck forward. Release and then put your palms against the back of your head. Apply slight pressure and bend your neck backwards. Repeat on the sides too.
2. Rotate your neck slowly in a clockwise and then anti-clockwise direction. Relax. Don't over-do it.
Do you wish to build up your thin neck:
Lie face-up on a mattress or bench place your palms against the forehead and apply slight pressure. Lift your neck up and down till you feel your neck muscles are tired. Repeat lying flat on your back and pull your neck upwards.
