Exercises For Your Tired Feet:
Exercise 1

Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.

Raise your legs and bend your knees. Clasp your hands around your knees.

Rotate your feet outwards, inwards, upwards and finally downwards.

Repeat 30 times to soothe your feet.
Exercise 2

Sit on the edge of the chair/ stool.

Keep a container on the floor. Place your foot on it and roll it back and fro. The movement should be from the tips of the toes to the heel.

Repeat with other foot.
-
Do 10 repetitions with each foot.
Exercise 3
-
Sit on the floor with knees bent. Keep your back straight.
-
Hold your right foot with your right hand and left foot with the left hand.
-
Raise each foot alternatively.
-
Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 4
-
Lie on your back and raise your legs. Rest them against a wall.
-
Position yourself, as to form a right angle between your legs and your body.
-
Relax in this posture and feel refreshed.
