Exercises For Shapely Breasts

Exercise 1:

  • Lie on your stomach and bend your elbows so that your fingertips are inwards. Let your forehead rest on the floor.
  • Raise your head and body slowly by pushing down your hands, arch your spine and bend your neck backwards.
  • Pull in your tummy and lift it off the floor.
  • Slowly lower your body back to the original position and relax.
  • Repeat at least 3-4 times.

Exercise 2:

  • Hold out your arms in front of you at shoulder level. Keep them straight.
  • Clench your hands and bring them slowly towards your shoulders. It should feel as though you are pulling something strenuously.
  • Do 5 repetitions.

It works on the breast muscles against the resistance of water making them a shapely contour.
